SPONSOR ME

Solomon, Age 7 – Primary One

Solomon’s world is one of quiet struggle. He lives with his father, an alcoholic with no steady income. His mother is gone. Most days, he shows up at school with no bag, no pencil,  and sometimes, no food.

But Solomon is full of life , bright-eyed, kind, and eager to learn. He dreams of becoming a doctor, “so I can help people when they’re sick.”

With your support through our Sponsor Me program, Solomon can receive school supplies, meals, medical care, and the stability he’s never known.

Besigye, Age 8 – Baby Class

Besigye is just 8 years old, yet life has been unusually hard for him. He is in Baby Class, not because he lacks potential, but because he never had a fair start. His father, a single parent, struggles with a swollen leg and alcoholism, while his mother is missing, leaving Besigye and his two sisters to face each day with little support.

The only meals Besigye gets are at school. His uniform was kindly donated by a classmate who noticed he came to school in tattered clothes. He often arrives without soap, a school bag, or basic supplies—but never without a heart full of determination to learn.

At Trey Junior School, we ensure children like Besigye can access education, but that’s not enough. They also need daily meals, school materials, emotional support, and healthcare to truly thrive.

You can help Besigye focus on learning, not survival. Your support provides hope, dignity, and the essentials every child deserves.
