Providing Education for Vulnerable Children
:

At NMF Uganda, we believe every child deserves access to quality education, regardless of their background. Through Trey Junior School, we provide education to vulnerable children in Wakiso and beyond, ensuring they have the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a brighter future.

Trey Junior School – A Nonprofit School

Trey Junior School currently serves 245 students from nursery to Primary Five. Established to bridge the education gap for children from low-income families, orphans, and those at risk of dropping out, the school provides:
✔ Quality education to ensure every child has a chance to learn.
✔ School meals to support children’s nutrition and well-being.
✔ Essential school supplies, uniforms, and medical care.
✔ A nurturing and supportive learning environment.

We are working to expand Trey Junior School to a full primary school (up to Primary Seven), with plans to introduce boarding facilities, a library, and recreational spaces to enhance learning.

Why Education Matters

Many children in Uganda face barriers to education, such as:

Lack of access to affordable schooling.

Limited learning resources in rural areas.

High dropout rates due to poverty and family challenges.

Trey Junior School ensures that these children receive high-quality education in a safe and supportive environment.

How You Can Support

As a nonprofit initiative, Trey Junior School relies on support from individuals and organizations to sustain and expand our work. You can help by:
✔ Sponsoring a child’s education ($90/month covers school meals, supplies, uniforms, and medical care).
✔ Contributing to school expansion (classrooms, library, and facilities).
✔ Volunteering or advocating for education in rural communities.

Your donation or gift will sponsor and offer the children life-changing interventions, such as access to medical care, educational support, life skills and training for the children at Trey Junior School.
